Responsibilities

- Prepare ingredients and cook menu items according to standardized recipes and quality standards
- Assist in food preparation tasks such as chopping, marinating, and portioning ingredients
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations, adhering to food safety protocols
- Ensure proper food handling, storage, and sanitation procedures are followed at all times
- Support the team during busy service hours by efficiently managing multiple orders
- Follow all safety guidelines related to kitchen equipment and food handling practices




- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders and uphold excellent food service standards

Requirements

- Prior experience in food service or restaurant environments is highly preferred
- Knowledge of food preparation techniques, cooking methods, and meal assembly
- Familiarity with food safety regulations and proper food handling procedures
- Ability to stand for extended periods and work in a fast-paced setting
- Strong teamwork skills with a positive attitude towards learning recent skills
- Basic understanding of serving standards and customer service expectations within a restaurant context
- Willingness to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
