Steamworks Brewpub is looking for people to join our Kitchen team. We are currently hiring Line Cooks & Prep Cooks for our Daytime or Evening Shifts.

Duties and Responsibilities

- Prepare food for restaurant guests
- Cook menu items to spec
- Perform inventory checks
- Ensure recipe ingredients are checked for quality on a consistent basis
- Help develop new menu items
- Ensure kitchen is held to the highest health and sanitation standards at all times
- Continually look and recommend ways to improve processes, procedures, and reduce coasts

Performance Expectations:

- Strong organizational skills
- Able to work well in a team environment
- Recognize when help is needed and not be afraid to ask for help
- Positive and eager to learn
- Possess a great attitude
- Professionalism in all interactions with guests, staff, and co-workers

Experience Required:





- Several years experience in a high volume kitchen (an asset)

Shift Times:

- 9am-5pm

- 5pm-1am

Pay: $19.00-$25.00 per hour
