Wage offered $ 43.5 per hour

Terms of Employment: Permanent, full time 30 hours per week, 10 Days of Paid Vacation

Job Duties:

- Manage employees and delegate tasks and duties.
- Recruit employees and supervise their training.
- Monitor employee performance and establish work schedules.
- Maintain inventory control and keep an eye on revenue and supply shortages.
- Set budgets, monitor revenue and expenditures.
- Plan, organize and control day to day activities.
- Ensure that set goals and deadlines are met in time that complies with company’s plan and vision.
- Resolve customer complaints.
- Purchase product according to demand and competition.




- Monitor employee productivity and operational performance.

Qualifications:

- Secondary School education is required.
- A university degree or college diploma in related field is an asset.
- Must be 19+ years old.
- Digital marketing and social media experience is an asset.

Experience: minimum 3 years of retail or wholesale sales experience.

Personal suitability: adaptability, positive attitude, client focus, interpersonal awareness, flexible, excellent oral and written communication

Work conditions: Fast-paced, attention to detail and work under pressure.
