Heartfelt Health Ltd is a Toronto home care agency serving families across the Greater Toronto Area. We are hiring experienced, compassionate Personal Support Workers for full-time live-in placements in our clients' homes.

- Location: Client homes across the Greater Toronto Area (GTA)
- Job Type: Full-time, live-in
- Schedule: Fixed schedule, confirmed with you before each placement
- Start Date: Immediate and ongoing
- Pay: CA$200 – CA$300 per day, depending on the client's care needs

What You Will Do:

- Provide personal care including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
- Assist with mobility, transfers, and safe ambulation
- Plan and prepare meals and assist with feeding
- Perform light housekeeping and laundry as part of care duties
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients
- Follow individualized care plans and report any changes in client condition
- Communicate professionally with clients, families, and the Heartfelt Health Ltd team

What We Are Looking For:

- PSW certificate or a minimum of 6 months of relevant caregiving experience
- Previous live-in or home care experience strongly preferred
- Comfortable living in the client's home for the length of the placement
- Reliable, patient, and professional, with valuable judgment when working independently
- Experience with dementia or memory care is an asset
- Clear vulnerable sector background check required




- Legally eligible to work in Canada

Assets (Not Required):

- Familiarity with culturally diverse and multi-generational households
- Additional language skills (please note in your application)
- Cooking experience for special diets
