- LoanIQ Business Analyst with strong expertise in commercial and syndicated lending operations. The ideal candidate will act as the bridge between business stakeholders and technology teams, driving requirements gathering, solution design, data analysis, and system enhancements within the LoanIQ platform. The role requires deep understanding of the loan lifecycle, LoanIQ functionality, and banking operations, along with solid analytical and problem-solving skills

Core Skills

- Strong hands-on experience as a Business Analyst supporting the LoanIQ platform.
- Deep understanding of commercial lending, syndicated loans, and agency operations.
- Strong knowledge of the loan lifecycle, including deal setup, funding, servicing, repayments, rollovers, fees, and loan accounting.
- Experience in business requirements gathering, functional analysis, and stakeholder management.
- Proven ability to perform data analysis, reconciliation, and root cause analysis within banking systems.
- Advanced SQL skills (Oracle, SQL Server, or PostgreSQL) for data validation and analysis.
