We are seeking an experienced Logistics Coordinator to join our operations team. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, dependable, comfortable working in a quick-paced environment, and able to communicate effectively with drivers, customers, and team members.

Responsibilities

- Coordinate and dispatch drivers for daily deliveries and pickups
- Monitor active orders and ensure deliveries are completed within required timelines
- Communicate clearly with drivers, customers, and internal staff regarding delivery status, delays, and changes
- Troubleshoot operational issues and make sound decisions when circumstances change
- Enter, update, and maintain accurate shipment and delivery information
- Track driver progress and follow up on outstanding deliveries or documentation
- Prepare and maintain reports using Microsoft Excel
- Assist with customer inquiries, quotes, PODs, and other operational requirements
- Work closely with other coordinators and departments to ensure smooth daily operations
- Maintain accurate records and follow established company procedures

Qualifications

- Previous dispatching, transportation, courier, or logistics experience is required
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel




- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable communicating with drivers and customers by phone and email
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
- Reliable, detail-oriented, and accountable
- Must be a team player who communicates well and works collaboratively with others
- Ability to remain calm and professional when dealing with changing priorities or operational challenges

What We’re Looking For We are looking for someone who takes ownership of their work, communicates proactively, and understands that successful logistics depends on teamwork. The right candidate will be able to assess situations, think through problems, and take appropriate action without requiring constant direction.

Experience in same-day courier, final-mile delivery, or time-sensitive transportation would be considered a strong asset.

Pay: $60,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
