CLEANFIX North America represents the Hägele Company’s CLEANFIX brand in North America, supporting OEM and aftermarket customers across off-highway equipment markets, including construction, agricultural, forestry, waste, and recycling applications.

Position Summary

Cleanfix North America is seeking an organized and dependable Logistics/Materials Clerk to support the efficient movement of materials into and out of our manufacturing facility. The position combines shipping, receiving, order processing, purchasing support, and materials documentation.

Key Responsibilities

· Arrange courier, parcel, and LTL shipments, coordinate pickups, track deliveries, and resolve shipping issues.

· Prepare domestic, cross-border, and international shipping and customs documentation.

· Receive and confirm incoming goods against purchase orders and supporting documents.

· Record receipts and material transactions accurately in the ERP system.

· Process selected purchase orders, aftermarket sales orders, picking orders, and RGA documentation.

· Route materials to the appropriate storage, production, office, or shipping location.

· Maintain organized records for shipping, receiving, customs, purchasing, and returns.

· Coordinate material activities with carriers, suppliers, customers, and internal departments.

· Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area.

· Perform other related supply chain duties as assigned.

Qualifications

· Previous logistics, shipping, receiving, warehouse, or manufacturing experience preferred.

· Familiarity with customs documents, courier and LTL shipping,



purchase orders, inventory transactions, RGA processes, or ERP systems is an asset.

· Strong attention to detail, organization, communication, and time-management skills.

· Ability to manage changing priorities and meet shipping deadlines.

· Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.

· Ability to work independently and collaboratively.

· Ability to safely lift, move, pick, and package materials.

· A valid Ontario driver’s licence and forklift experience or certification are assets.

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Logistics / Materials Clerk to join our dynamic warehouse team. In this vital role, you will manage the flow of materials and supplies, ensuring accurate inventory control, efficient order fulfillment, and seamless shipping and receiving operations. Your proactive approach will help maintain optimal warehouse operations, support e-commerce order processing, and contribute to the overall success of our distribution center.

Responsibilities

- Receive, inspect, and process incoming shipments using warehouse management systems (WMS) and MRP (Material Requirements Planning) software to ensure accuracy and proper documentation.
- Operate forklifts, reach trucks, and order pickers safely to load, unload, and transport materials within the warehouse.




- Prepare orders for shipment by picking, packing, and labeling products accurately according to customer specifications.
- Maintain organized storage areas, ensuring items are stored securely and accessible for efficient retrieval.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies using AS400 systems or other warehouse management tools.
- Support shipping and receiving activities by verifying shipments against purchase orders and delivery documents.
- Assist with warehouse distribution tasks such as load & unload operations, order fulfillment, and packaging to meet delivery deadlines.

Skills

- Proven experience operating forklifts, reach trucks, or other warehouse equipment with proper certification preferred.
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS), AS400, or similar enterprise resource planning (ERP) platforms.
- Knowledge of shipping & receiving procedures, order picking, and inventory control processes.
- Ability to perform basic math calculations accurately for order quantities and inventory adjustments.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in order fulfillment and packaging tasks.
- Experience working in a fast-paced warehouse environment with a focus on safety protocols.
- Basic understanding of e-commerce logistics processes to support online order distribution.
