Due to strong growth in our business and continued plans for expansion, Floral Express is looking for a new role in the Company, Logistics Supervisor.

The Logistics Supervisor will focus on transportation, routing, warehouse coordination, inventory flow, team leadership, general warehouse and machine maintenance, loading and unloading trucks, and assist with other production-related tasks.

Key Responsibilities

· Participate in all logistical and operational functions to ensure the needs of the business are met.

· Assist Operations in daily operational tasks, including but not limited to basic maintenance/repairs of warehouse machinery, paperwork, and inventory management.

· Coordinate and handle border paperwork, ensuring accurate and timely completion of required documentation. (Future)

· Collaborate with other staff to prepare load summaries and other logistics-related reports.

· Support Marche Fresh operations, including assisting with machinery repairs, ordering supplies, and participating in new sales development.

· Participate in new projects and initiatives, providing necessary assistance and contributing to their successful execution.





· Provide support at the market when required, ensuring familiarity with the necessary tasks and responsibilities in the leader's absence.

· Collaborate with the Operations Director and adapt to evolving roles and responsibilities as needed.

· Assisting with packing orders, and shipping product

· Invoicing customers

Required Knowledge and Experience

· Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.

· Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in paperwork and documentation.

· Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, to collaborate with team members and external stakeholders.

· Ability to work independently and in a team, adapting to changing circumstances and taking initiative when required.

· Ability to troubleshoot/repair basic mechanical issues of production machinery (specific on-site training provided)

· Proficiency in basic computer skills, including MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), typing, and familiarity with website maintenance. (Training Required)
