We’re looking for talented 3D Animators / VFX Generalists to collaborate with the DGenz team on upcoming projects.

We’re looking to connect with artists who come from a strong traditional VFX, animation, or post-production background and are comfortable adapting to newer AI-assisted workflows.

Ideally, you have:

- Strong experience in Blender
- Houdini knowledge is a big plus
- Compositing experience in After Effects and/or Nuke
- A solid understanding of lighting, rendering, cameras, animation, and compositing
- Experience taking shots from animation through final delivery
- Experience using AI image generation tools as part of a skilled creative or VFX workflow
- A strong foundation in traditional VFX and post-production pipelines
- Preferably based in the Americas or working in a similar time zone
- Spanish is a big plus

Important: we’re specifically looking for artists with professional VFX, 3D,



animation, or post-production experience. CapCut-only, phone-editor-only, or social-content-only portfolios are not what we’re looking for for this role.

We’re especially interested in artists who understand how AI tools can complement a real production workflow, not replace the fundamentals.

Freelance and project-based availability is welcome.
