Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and customer-focused Lot Attendant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining the appearance and organization of the dealership lot, assisting customers, and supporting overall dealership operations. Duties

- Greet customers and assist with vehicle inquiries in a friendly and skilled manner
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dealership lot, including parking areas and display zones
- Move vehicles safely within the lot as needed for customer or dealership purposes
- Assist with guest services, including providing directions and answering questions about vehicles
- Handle basic cash transactions and process payments accurately when required
- Support inventory management by tracking vehicle locations and ensuring proper signage




- Collaborate with sales staff to facilitate smooth vehicle deliveries and pick-ups
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and dealership policies at all times

Requirements

- Prior dealership experience is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided
- Strong customer service and communication skills to effectively interact with guests and team members
- Bilingual abilities are a plus to assist a diverse customer base
- Experience in hospitality or guest services is advantageous
- Basic cash handling skills and familiarity with point-of-sale systems are desirable
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions and lift moderate loads when necessary
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record is preferred
- Professional appearance, positive attitude, and reliable work ethic are essential

Job Type: Full-time Pay: From $17.60 per hour
