As a Lube Technician, you’ll play an important role in keeping our customers safely on the road while gaining valuable hands-on experience in a busy dealership environment.

The Drive Ahead

- Perform oil and filter changes and other routine maintenance services
- Complete tire rotations, seasonal tire changes, balancing, and basic tire repairs
- Perform fluid checks and top-ups as required
- Complete basic vehicle inspections and identify maintenance or safety concerns
- Assist licensed technicians and other members of the Service team as needed
- Maintain accurate records of work performed
- Keep your work area clean, organized, and protected
- Follow dealership procedures and all workplace health and safety requirements
- Help provide an efficient and positive experience for every customer

Performance Essentials

- Previous automotive, tire, or lube technician experience is an asset
- Mechanically inclined with a genuine interest in the automotive industry




- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Ability to safely operate both manual and automatic vehicles
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, physically active environment
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work effectively as part of a team
- Willingness to learn and take on additional responsibilities as your skills develop
