Responsibilities

- Perform routine vehicle maintenance such as oil changes, tire rotations, and fluid top-offs with precision and efficiency
- Inspect tires for wear, damage, and proper inflation; replace or repair as needed
- Use hand tools and power tools to perform basic repairs and maintenance tasks
- Assist customers by explaining services performed and recommending additional maintenance or repairs when appropriate
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure safety and efficiency
- Lift heavy tires and equipment safely to meet physical demands of the role




- Support the team in maintaining service quality standards and adhering to safety protocols

Skills

- Prior dealership or automotive repair experience is highly preferred
- Strong mechanical knowledge with familiarity in automotive systems and maintenance procedures
- Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and basic automotive equipment
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently in a quick-paced environment
- Knowledge of automotive sales processes is a plus but not required
- Demonstrated reliability, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude toward vehicle care
