Position Description:

Are you a hands-on Microsoft 365 Copilot and Copilot Studio expert who can move confidently between platform architecture, tenant administration, agent lifecycle governance, Power Platform controls, telemetry, and stakeholder working sessions? CGI is seeking a Senior Microsoft 365 Copilot and Copilot Studio technical specialist to help a large, regulated enterprise establish a protected and scalable foundation for enterprise agents. This is not primarily an agent development role and it is not a policy-only governance role.

The successful candidate will translate enterprise governance requirements into practical Microsoft platform configurations, control profiles, operational processes, monitoring approaches, and evidence-based recommendations. You will work alongside business, architecture, governance, security, privacy, finance, adoption,



and Microsoft stakeholders. You will help assess the current agent estate, define and validate controls for Microsoft 365 Copilot, Agent Builder, and Copilot Studio, establish an intake to production path, pilot the controls with real agents, and transition a repeatable operating capability to the client.

Drive agent estate understanding, lifecycle management, platform control profiles, cost governance, pilot validation, and operational handover.
