We are hiring! Grip -Rite Carpet Accessories is looking for someone to join our team in our manufacturing plant.

Duties

Duties include but are not limited to:

 Starting up machinery

 Overseeing quality of product

 Packaging product

 Shutting down and cleaning out machines

 Other miscellaneous tasks

Requirements

 Must be able to be on your feet the majority of the day

 Must be capable of lifting up to 50 lbs

 Experience in a manufacturing environment, a mechanical inclination, and the ability to drive a forklift would be beneficial

Compensation, Vacation, Flex Days & Benefits

Hourly wage starts at $27/hour

Bonus program in accordance with company policy, available after successful completion of the probationary period

2 weeks of vacation per year, in accordance with company policy, available after successful completion of the probationary period.

4 paid flex days per year, in accordance with company policy,



available after successful completion of the probationary period.

Schedule

 Days

 Monday to Friday

 No weekends

 9-hour days (subject to overtime agreement) and every 3 rd Friday off
