Hiring a Crew Leader to support our landscape and snow removal operations team. This position plays a key role in leading crews in the successful completion of landscape and snow services.

Minimum 1 year of landscaping industry experience in a supervisory or leadership role

Valid G Driver’s Licence

Ability to lead and motivate crews in a fast-paced outdoor workplace

Duties and Responsibilities

Lead and support landscape crews in the completion of outside work for our clients.(Both summer and Winter)

Provide maintenance service in summer and snow removal services in winter

Assist with loading, transportation, and the safe operation of vehicles, equipment, and machinery.

Ensure crew members follow company safety policies, procedures, and quality standards.

Communicate effectively with forepersons, managers,



and other crew members to ensure sites are maintained to the highest standard.

Assist with general site maintenance and other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Minimum 1 year of landscaping/snow industry experience in a supervisory or crew leadership capacity.

Valid G Driver’s Licence with a clean driving record.

Experience operating trucks, trailers, and landscaping equipment.

Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions and perform physical labour.

Demonstrated leadership abilities with a focus on teamwork, quality, and safety.
