About Us

We are a growing mattress manufacturing company in the Greater Toronto Area. As our production operations continue to expand, we are looking for a reliable and skilled Maintenance Technician / Maintenance Mechanic to join our team.

Job Responsibilities

- Perform regular maintenance, inspection, and repairs on production machinery and equipment
- Troubleshoot mechanical and equipment issues and perform necessary repairs
- Conduct preventive maintenance to minimize equipment downtime
- Assist with installation, adjustment, and replacement of machine parts
- Maintain maintenance records and keep track of replacement parts
- Respond to equipment breakdowns and emergency maintenance needs
- Follow workplace health and safety procedures
- Perform other maintenance-related duties as required
- Ability to read and understand Chinese is strongly preferred.

Qualifications
- Previous experience in industrial, manufacturing, or mechanical maintenance is preferred
- Strong mechanical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Ability to use common hand and power tools




- Basic understanding of mechanical systems and machinery
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Reliable, responsible, and safety-conscious
- Experience with manufacturing or production equipment is an asset
- Ability to read and understand equipment manuals and maintenance instructions
- Chinese/Mandarin language skills are an asset

What We Offer
- $40,000–$60,000 annual salary, based on experience and qualifications
