Inc. is comprised of five divisions: Property Management Services, Property Development Services, Construction Services, Maintenance Services, and Landscape Services.

We are currently seeking to fill the position of Maintenance Technician

As a Maintenance Technician at Orion M.C. Inc., you will play a key role in ensuring our properties are maintained to the highest standards. This hands-on position involves a variety of tasks including general repairs, preventative maintenance, and responding to service requests across our residential and commercial properties. The ideal candidate is dependable, safety-conscious, and skilled in a range of maintenance disciplines.

The responsibilities of this role include but are not limited to the following:

- Routine Maintenance: perform scheduled maintenance tasks such as inspections, preventative maintenance, and general repairs
- Repairs & Maintenance: diagnose and repair issues with various systems, including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and mechanical components.
- Problem Solving: identify and resolve issues with building systems and equipment, often requiring troubleshooting and quick thinking.
- Building Inspections: conduct regular inspections of building systems to identify potential problems and ensure compliance with safety standards.
- Customer Service: respond to maintenance requests from residents or tenants, providing timely and effective solutions.
- Documentation: maintain accurate records of maintenance work, repairs, and inspections.




- This position may include participation in winter operations, including snow and ice removal, as required.
- Other duties as assigned

Skills and Qualifications

- Technical Skills: Knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and general building maintenance.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to diagnose and resolve issues with building systems.
- Communication Skills: Ability to communicate effectively with residents, tenants, and other personnel.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting, bending, and climbing.
- Organization and Time Management: Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
