CanAm Currency Exchange is a fast-growing financial services company based in Windsor, Ontario. We operate in currency exchange, precious metals, and bullion, and we have just opened up our new location. As we grow, we are always looking for sharp, driven people who want to build a real career, not just fill a seat.

Why we want to hear from MBA graduates

We believe the right person can grow into a big role here, and grow into it quickly. We would rather meet a strong candidate and figure out where they fit than wait for a perfect resume to line up with a perfect opening. If you have recently completed your MBA, or are close to finishing, we want to talk.

At most companies it takes 10 to 20 years to move into leadership. Here, people who show initiative can get there in 2 to 3. We are a hands-on, entrepreneurial business where you learn how everything actually works, starting from the front line and moving up.

- A completed or in-progress MBA (required)
- Ambition and a genuine interest in financial services
- Strong communication and people skills
- Someone who wants to grow with a company, not just pass through it
