We are seeking a Manager, Corporate Communications and Engagement to join our team in VICTORIA, British Columbia, Canada.

As Manager, Corporate Communications and Engagement, you will shape corporate and executive communications that advance BC Pension Corporation’s strategic priorities, strengthen its reputation and enhance its external presence. As a trusted senior advisor, you will provide clear, evidence-informed direction on high-profile matters and help align communications with corporate priorities.





You are a collaborative people leader who builds solid relationships, exercises sound judgement and manages competing priorities. You will guide and develop a talented team, oversee complex projects and turn strategic direction into clear, effective communications.

Hybrid Work Model

This position is located in our Victoria, BC office. You will have the flexibility to work part of the time on-campus and part of the time off-campus. The requirement for on-campus presence is a minimum of 40% of your schedule in a month.
