Shape the future of children's programming as an Out of School Care Manager at HSCA in Calgary for a 12-month maternity leave. We're looking for a nurturing and dynamic leader. This full time role allows you to manage the operations of HSCA’s OOSC program, focusing on high-quality childcare and educator mentorship.

You will foster a supportive environment, uphold safety standards, and engage in collaborative programming methods, ensuring holistic child development and well-being. Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise daily operations and staff activities
- Mentor educators and ensure compliance with regulations
- Collaborate with the Daycare Manager on scheduling
- Maintain positive relationships with families and stakeholders
- Ensure documentation and health standards are met Requirements:
- Degree or diploma in Early Childhood Education
- Experience in educational leadership roles
- Knowledge of Alberta Child Care regulations
- Valid Criminal Record check required
- Current CPR and First Aid certification Lead with confidence, innovation, and care at HSCA’s Out of School Care program.
