Responsibilities

- Lead and supervise daily store activities, ensuring smooth operations and adherence to company policies.
- Recruit, interview, and onboard new team members, providing comprehensive training and ongoing development opportunities.
- Manage payroll, budgeting, and inventory purchasing to optimize store profitability.
- Oversee merchandising strategies, pricing accuracy, and product placement to maximize sales potential.
- Handle customer inquiries with professionalism using excellent phone etiquette and communication skills.
- Conduct sales management activities including motivating staff, setting sales targets, and monitoring performance metrics.
- Ensure compliance with cash handling procedures, POS (Point of Sale) systems, and bookkeeping standards.




- Implement marketing initiatives to attract new customers and retain existing ones.
- Supervise cashiering operations, ensuring efficient checkout processes and accurate cash handling.
- Maintain organizational efficiency through effective time management and administrative oversight.

Experience

- Proven supervisory experience in retail management or a related field with a focus on team leadership.
- Robust background in retail sales, merchandising, and store operations management.
- Demonstrated skills in negotiation, purchasing, and inventory control.
- Experience with payroll processing, budgeting, and financial recordkeeping (bookkeeping).
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse customer bases effectively.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to train staff and foster teamwork.
- Familiarity with POS systems, cash handling procedures, and retail marketing strategies.
- Prior experience in recruiting, interviewing candidates, and supervising staff development initiatives is preferred.
