Reporting to the AVP, Growth Strategy and Enablement, you will play a key role in the Client Advisory Services (CAS) team. With your background in management consulting or corporate strategy, you will define and implement effective strategies while fostering cross-department collaboration. Your role will entail monitoring market trends and aligning them with internal goals.

Key Responsibilities:



• Collaborate with AVP and senior leadership on strategic direction • Drive strategic growth initiatives and client segmentation • Identify and recommend potential strategic partnerships • Monitor industry trends and competitive developments • Develop concise & impactful communication for leadership

Requirements: • 5+ years of relevant experience in strategy • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or Economics • Expertise in analytical and financial evaluations • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite • High level of self-motivation and strategic thinking
