We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Manager of Quality Control to lead our quality assurance initiatives and ensure the highest standards across our manufacturing processes. Duties

- Lead the development and implementation of comprehensive quality control strategies across manufacturing operations to uphold product standards.
- Supervise quality inspection teams, ensuring thorough testing and accurate documentation of all products.
- Analyze manufacturing processes to identify areas for improvement, reducing defects and enhancing efficiency.
- Establish and maintain rigorous quality assurance protocols aligned with industry regulations and company policies.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality issues promptly and effectively, ensuring minimal disruption to production schedules.
- Conduct regular audits and inspections to verify compliance with safety, environmental, and quality standards.
- Manage QA/QC documentation, reports, and records meticulously for traceability and continuous review.





Qualifications · 5+ years of Quality experience in the Oil and Gas Manufacturing industry.

· Proven experience as supervisor or relevant role.

· Experience in maintaining ISO and API Q1certifications an asset.

· Working as a lead auditor in conducting audits.

· High level of critical and logical thinking, analysis, and/or reasoning to identify underlying principles, reasons, or facts.

· Good judgment and decision-making abilities, including strong problem identification and problem resolution skills.

· Excellent leadership skills, with steadfast resolve and personal integrity.

· Strong organizational skills, including planning, prioritization, and execution.

· Strong time management skills and ability to work well under pressure, competing priorities, and set deadlines.

· Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, and good interpersonal skills, with ability to develop and maintain successful working relationships with a variety of individuals or groups.

Pay: $55,860.47-$127,525.49 per year
