We are looking for an energetic, motivated and responsible individual to join our team as a Store Manager. If you are a natural leader who enjoys working with people, providing excellent customer service and taking pride in the success of a team, we would love to hear from you.

As a Store Manager, you will play an important role in creating a safe, clean and qualified environment while helping customers find products that support their transition away from traditional smoking. You will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the store, leading and supporting staff, maintaining high customer service standards, monitoring sales performance and helping create a positive and productive team environment.

We have 16 stores across Canada and are continuing to grow, offering an extensive selection of products in a professional and welcoming environment. Our stores are open from 7 am to 11 pm every day of the week, including most holidays, so flexibility and reliability are important for this position.

The ideal candidate will be dependable, organized, customer-focused and comfortable taking responsibility for a team and store. Previous retail, sales or manager experience is an asset. Individuals who have strong leadership skills and a willingness to learn and grow with our company.
