Join Walmart Canada’s Financial Services team and help shape the future of payments, rewards, and customer financial solutions. As the Manager, Walmart Services - Banking & Lending, you will drive the growth and performance of the Walmart Rewards Mastercard and remittance portfolios through strategic partnerships, data-driven insights, and innovative customer solutions.

What You'll Do

Join Walmart Canada's Financial Services team and play a key role in shaping the future of customer payments, rewards, and financial solutions. In this high-impact leadership role, you’ll drive growth of the Walmart Rewards Mastercard portfolio while helping deliver innovative financial products that create value for millions of Canadians.

Lead the performance and growth of the Walmart Rewards Mastercard portfolio, driving customer acquisition, engagement, retention, and profitability.

Deliver strategic, cross-functional initiatives and product enhancements in partnership with Marketing, Finance, Technology, Operations, and external partners.

Leverage data and analytics to identify customer insights, uncover growth opportunities, and improve business performance.

Support development of business cases, forecasts, and strategic plans that drive innovation and long-term growth.

Help shape and expand Walmart’s financial services offerings, including remittance, payments, rewards, and emerging customer solutions.

Launch new products, programs, and pilots that enhance customer experience and strengthen Walmart’s value proposition.

Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and industry partners to execute key business priorities and solve complex challenges.

Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team while fostering an inclusive,



collaborative, and customer-focused culture.

Champion innovation by identifying new partnership opportunities, improving existing programs, and bringing bold ideas to life.

Ensure operational excellence, regulatory compliance, and adherence to Walmart’s values and ethical standards.

University degree + 5 years of relevant work experience The pay range for this position is $91,900.00 - $126,390.00.

Pay will be determined based on relevant experience.
