We are seeking a motivated Manufacturing Technologist to support engineering and production operations. This role involves CAD modeling, CAM programming, machine setup, and collaboration with production teams to develop efficient manufacturing processes.

Responsibilities:

- Prepare engineering models and drawings using Autodesk Inventor
- Generate CNC programs using Mastercam
- Design and develop tools, jigs, and fixtures to support manufacturing processes
- Model and test prototype samples
- Setup and operate Haas 3‑Axis CNC Machines
- Create customer artwork using CorelDRAW
- Develop and document manufacturing processes for new products
- Inspect machined components and standard products to ensure they meet specifications and quality standards
- Perform first-article and in-process inspections during production
- Work closely with production teams to troubleshoot and resolve manufacturing issues
- Support continuous improvement of manufacturing and production processes

Qualifications

- Diploma or equivalent in Manufacturing Engineering,



Mechanical Engineering, or a related field
- Proficiency in Autodesk Inventor or equivalent CAD software
- Basic knowledge of Mastercam
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- High attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Experience

- Entry-level position
- Quality or inspection background considered an asset
- 1+ year experience in Mechanical or Manufacturing Engineering
- 1+ year experience with Autodesk Inventor or equivalent CAD software
