Position is In office 5-days a week at 250 University Ave (Not hybrid or remote)

Position Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Marketing Assistant to join our team. This role will primarily involve coordinating support for marketing campaigns and events, provide information to clients and assist with administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist with researching and booking events
- Provide accurate information about products, services, and ongoing marketing initiatives.
- Maintain detailed records of calls, customer interactions, and follow-up actions in CRM systems.
- Assist the marketing team with administrative tasks such as scheduling, data entry, and reporting.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure consistent messaging and customer satisfaction.




- Assist Marketing Director with scheduling and various duties as assigned

Qualifications

- post-secondary education in Marketing or Business is an asset.
- 1–2 years of experience in customer service, marketing agency, or a similar role.
- Strong verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with CRM tools.
- Familiarity with project management software (Jira)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.

Preferred Skills

- Basic knowledge of marketing principles and practices.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams
- Experience with drones would be an asset
