BC Marine Logistics (BCML) is seeking qualified, dependable, safety-focused marine professionals- both 60 Ton Master and Deckhand - to support our marine operations.

The 60 Ton Master is responsible for the safe, efficient, and compliant operation of BCML’s 60 Gross Tonnage vessel(s), including navigation, vessel management, crew supervision, operational planning, and emergency response.

This position requires sound judgment, strong leadership, extensive knowledge of marine operations, and a commitment to maintaining high standards of safety, regulatory compliance, and client service.

The Deckhand is responsible for supporting the safe and efficient operation, maintenance, and readiness of BCML’s 60 Gross Tonnage vessel(s).

Working under the direction of the 60-Ton Master, the Deckhand performs a broad range of deck, marine, equipment, maintenance, and safety duties and contributes to the overall success of BCML marine operations.

Employment Type: Temporary, Full-time or Part-time

Anticipated Term: October 14, 2026 – December 31, 2026,



with possibility of extension

Schedule: may include individual shifts or a set, weekly rotation to support a 15-hour daily schedule.

Starting Wage: $700-$900 per day

Location: Remote work-site in Howe Sound, near Squamish, BC.

Accommodation is not provided for these positions. Preference will be given to applicants who reside in or near Squamish, BC and have experience operating vessels in the surrounding area.

Qualifications required

- Master Limited 60 Ton
- Domestic Vessel Safety (Formerly MED A1/A2)
- Restricted Operator Certificate for Maritime Radio (ROC-M)
- Marine Basic First Aid
- Ability to transparent a drug and alcohol test prior to hiring
