Night Shift: 3:00PM-11:00PM ($1/hr premium on Night shifts) (hours subject to change)

Insight Global is seeking multiple Fabricators/Assemblers to join an elevator manufacturing team. These individuals will be responsible for fabricating, fitting, and assembling metal components in a production environment while following blueprints and quality standards.

Successful candidates will have at least two years of manufacturing experience, strong mechanical aptitude, and hands-on experience using a variety of hand and power tools.

Responsibilities

Perform assembly-line fabrication and assembly work.

Fabricate, fit, and assemble metal components according to blueprints and specifications.

Complete light welding, tack welding, and spot welding as required.

Glue, fasten, bolt, and fit parts together to complete assemblies.

Operate hand and power tools, including grinders, drills, ratchets, and wrenches.

Grind, sand, and finish metal components to meet quality requirements.

Inspect completed parts for proper fit, alignment, and overall quality.

Follow established safety procedures and production standards.

Record production information using computerized systems when required.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

Minimum two years of experience in a manufacturing,



fabrication, or assembly environment.

Ability to read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and technical instructions.

Experience using hand and power tools, including grinders and drills.

Experience fabricating, fitting, and assembling metal components.

Ability to work the afternoon shift after completing the initial training period.

Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work.

NICE TO HAVE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

Mechanical aptitude or previous experience in mechanically focused assembly.

Experience in elevator, structural metal, automotive, HVAC, or similar manufacturing environments.

Experience using measuring instruments such as tape measures, calipers, or gauges.

Trade school education or certification in welding or metal fabrication.

Pay Transparency The expected hour rate for this position falls between $24 to $29/hr + Perks & RRSP Matching
