Profile Sought:

- DEC or equivalent in Electromechanics, Industrial Maintenance or a related field.
- 3 to 5 years of management experience in an industrial service, repair or manufacturing environment.
- Solid experience with industrial pumps, repair and maintenance operations.
- Demonstrated leadership, organizational skills and results orientation.
- Ability to manage budgets, operational performance and workforce planning.
- Strong communication, change management and team-building skills.

Key Responsibilities

Leadership & Team Management

- Lead, coach and develop supervisors, internal and external sales representatives, and technicians.
- Conduct performance evaluations and identify training and development needs.
- Partner with Human Resources on recruitment, onboarding, employee relations and workforce planning.




- Promote a strong health and safety culture and ensure compliance with workplace regulations.

Operations & Planning

- Plan daily and weekly operations based on customer priorities and available resources.
- Coordinate manpower requirements with team leads and supervisors.
- Oversee procurement of parts and materials with suppliers and the purchasing department.
- Monitor project timelines and proactively communicate delays or risks.

Technical & Quality Management

- Ensure repairs and maintenance activities meet company and industry quality standards.
- Support teams in diagnosing and resolving complex technical issues.
- Maintain accurate technical documentation and service records.
