Important Experience Requirement

This role requires previous experience coordinating service, maintenance, repairs, inspections, or field technicians within a mechanical, automotive, industrial, construction, elevator, heavy equipment, HVAC, or similar technical service environment.

Applicants without experience supporting skilled trades, technicians, mechanical service operations, or maintenance programs are unlikely to be considered.

What You'll Be Doing

As the Service Coordinator,



you will play a key role in ensuring customers receive exceptional service while supporting the day-to-day coordination of field operations.

Key responsibilities include

- Coordinating service, inspection, and installation schedules
- Responding to customer inquiries and service requests
- Dispatching technicians and prioritizing service calls
- Managing inspection records and coordinating follow-up work
- Preparing quotes and supporting customer follow-up activities
- Assisting with parts orders, inventory coordination, and shipping
- Supporting sales and installation scheduling activities
- Collaborating closely with technicians, customers, and internal team members
- Identifying opportunities to improve processes and operational efficiency
- Maintaining accurate records and administrative documentation

Successful candidates will bring





· 2+ years experience supporting field service technicians in industries such as automotive, heavy equipment, HVAC, elevator systems, industrial equipment, manufacturing, construction, facilities maintenance, or related sectors

· A strong understanding of how service and maintenance operations function, including scheduling, dispatching, quoting, work orders, and customer follow-up

· The ability to communicate effectively with both customers and skilled tradespeople

· Strong organizational skills with the ability to balance multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

· Experience coordinating service calls, inspections, installations, maintenance programs, or repair work

· Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think proactively when schedules or priorities change

· Strong computer skills and experience using scheduling, dispatching, ERP, CRM, or service management software
