Clinical / Medical Aesthetician (Part-Time)

Natology is an integrative skin clinic where advanced treatments meet internal wellness. We’ve built a loyal client base, a strong reputation, and a calm, minimal-luxe space designed for real transformation.

As we continue to grow, we’re looking for an experienced Clinical / Medical Aesthetician to join our team on Fridays & Saturdays - someone who cares deeply about their craft, their clients, and the experience they create.

What You’ll Do

- Perform clinical treatments using established protocols across a range of skin types and concerns
- Conduct thoughtful consultations and guide clients toward realistic, results-driven treatment plans
- Recommend homecare that supports long-term outcomes
- Maintain detailed and accurate charting
- Capture consistent before/after photos (with proper consent)
- Educate clients on aftercare and follow up to support their results
- Maintain a clean, organized treatment space throughout the day
- Participate in ongoing education and team development
- Work a mix of daytime, evening, and Saturday shifts

What We Prioritize (KPIs)

We focus on consistency and client outcomes, including:

- Strong client retention (target ≥ 70%)
- Growth in aesthetic service revenue
- Maintaining a healthy, booked schedule (70–80% capacity)
- Thoughtful retail recommendations that support client results




- Consistent contribution to clinic marketing (approx. 3 posts/week)

- Confident consultations across diverse skin types and conditions
- Laser/IPL proficiency with strong treatment selection
- Ability to translate product and treatment knowledge into simple, clear education

Requirements

- Clinical Aesthetics / Medical Esthetics certification
- Minimum 5 years experience in a professional clinic or spa environment
- Experience with laser/IPL treatments
- Professional, reliable, and detail-oriented
