Duties

- Perform a variety of skilled skincare treatments including facials, body waxing, eyelash extensions, and makeup application to meet individual client needs.
- Conduct thorough consultations to assess skin conditions, discuss treatment options, and recommend suitable products and services.
- Maintain strict sanitation and hygiene standards by properly cleaning and sterilizing equipment and treatment areas before and after each client.
- Provide exceptional guest services by creating a warm, welcoming atmosphere that encourages client loyalty and satisfaction.
- Assist with retail sales by educating clients on skincare products, conducting product demos,



and upselling relevant items to enhance their results.
- Manage front desk responsibilities such as scheduling appointments, checking in clients, and handling payments efficiently.
- Support team efforts through effective communication, teamwork, and participation in promotional events like product demos or special offers.

Skills

- Strong customer service skills with the ability to connect authentically with clients and address their concerns confidently.
- Excellent communication skills to clearly explain treatments, product benefits, and aftercare instructions.
- Knowledge of sanitation protocols to ensure a safe environment for clients and staff.
- Experience in retail sales, upselling techniques, and product demonstrations to maximize client satisfaction and revenue.
- Proficiency in performing body waxing, eyelash extensions, makeup application, nail care, and basic hair styling is highly desirable.
- Ability to multitask efficiently at the front desk while maintaining a professional demeanor under pressure.
- A genuine passion for beauty treatments combined with hospitality skills that foster an inviting atmosphere for all guests.

Pay: $18.25-$40.30 per hour
