We are seeking a professional and personable Esthetician to join our beauty and wellness team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for skincare, beauty treatments, and delivering exceptional client experience. The Esthetician will be responsible for providing a variety of skincare services, promoting retail products, and ensuring a welcoming experience for all clients.

Duties

- Perform facials, laser hair removal, chemical peels, vascular treatments and other esthetic services with precision and care
- Recommend suitable treatments and products
- Deliver exceptional client services by creating a relaxing and enjoyable atmosphere
- Assist with retail sales by upselling skincare products and offering add-on services
- Maintain high standards of sanitation and cleanliness in all treatment areas according to industry regulations
- Manage front desk responsibilities, including scheduling appointments, greeting clients, and handling inquiries
- Educate clients on skincare routines, product advantages,



and aftercare instructions

Skills

- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively and build rapport with clients
- Knowledge of sanitation standards and best practices in skincare and beauty treatments
- Excellent communication skills to explain procedures clearly and recommend products confidently
- Experience in retail sales, upselling, and product demonstrations to maximize client satisfaction and revenue
- Front desk experience, including booking appointments and clientmanagement, is preferred
- Ability to work well within a team environment while maintaining professionalism and attention to detail
