Responsibilities

- Collect and process biological specimens such as blood, urine, and tissue samples with precision and care
- Perform phlebotomy procedures, ensuring patient comfort and safety during blood draws
- Prepare laboratory samples for analysis by labeling, organizing, and documenting accurately
- Assist laboratory technologists with routine testing procedures and equipment setup
- Maintain detailed records of specimen processing, test results, and data analysis to ensure traceability
- Follow strict safety protocols and infection control standards in all laboratory activities




- Support data entry and analysis tasks to help interpret test results for clinical decision-making

Requirements

- Prior experience working in a hospital or clinical laboratory setting is highly preferred
- Proven proficiency in phlebotomy techniques with a focus on patient care and safety
- Solid understanding of medical terminology relevant to laboratory procedures
- Laboratory experience demonstrating familiarity with specimen handling and processing workflows
- Excellent data analysis skills to accurately record, interpret, and report test results
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Good communication skills to collaborate effectively with healthcare professionals and patients
