Infinity Pediatrics is a dedicated community pediatric practice located in Southwest Calgary. Our team of general pediatricians provides consultative care for children aged 0 to 18, with expertise in medical, behavioural, and developmental disorders. We see children on a referral basis from family physicians and other providers across Calgary and the surrounding area.

We are currently seeking a Full-Time Medical Office Assistant (MOA) to join our supportive and dynamic team!

What We’re Looking For:

- Strong organizational and communication skills
- A professional, friendly, and team oriented attitude
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast paced environment
- Warmth and patience with children and their parents, including families who are anxious or under stress
- Attention to detail with patient charts, forms, and health information
- Comfort with computers and learning clinic software
- Previous experience in a pediatric or medical office setting is an asset
- Experience with Accuro EMR is an asset
- Completion of a Medical Office Assistant program is an prerequisite

Position Details:

- Schedule: Monday to Friday, daytime hours only (no evenings or weekends)
- Shifts: Rotating between 3 daytime shifts as scheduled
- Location: SW Calgary

Key Responsibilities:

- Greeting and checking in patients
- Weighing and measuring patients
- Rooming patients and turning over examination rooms
- Answering phones, returning voicemails, assessing parent's concerns and directing appropriately
- Booking appointments and managing referrals
- Preparing patient charts and ensuring accurate documentation
- Assisting with general administrative tasks
- Supporting the pediatricians and the clinic team in delivering excellent care
