AV Miltech Inc. is looking for a motivated individual who wants to start or continue their Millwright Apprenticeship (433A). This role provides a direct opportunity to become a registered apprentice while gaining hands‑on experience with conveyor systems, process piping, industrial installations, welding, machining, and pneumatics.

Key Responsibilities

- Build, install, and align conveyor systems
- Perform process piping fabrication and installation (stainless, sanitary, industrial)
- Carry out mechanical assembly, equipment installation, and rigging
- Perform welding and fabrication
- Operate machining equipment (lathe, mill, drill press)
- Install and troubleshoot pneumatic systems
- Read and interpret mechanical drawings, piping schematics, and blueprints
- Conduct mechanical troubleshooting and repairs
- Follow all safety procedures, lockout/tagout, and site requirements

Qualifications





- Chance to become a registered Millwright Apprentice (433A)
- Candidates with mechanical aptitude are encouraged to apply
- Existing apprentices also welcome
- Welding, machining, or pneumatic experience is an asset
- Ability to travel for out‑of‑town work when required
- Valid driver’s licence and reliable transportation
