We are seeking a motivated and organized Mortgage Broker Assistant to support our team in day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate will have strong administrative skills, excellent attention to detail, and a passion for helping clients navigate the mortgage process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist mortgage brokers with client communications, appointments, and follow-ups
- Prepare and organize mortgage applications and supporting documentation
- Conduct preliminary client research and verify required documents
- Maintain client records and databases with accuracy
- Support marketing and administrative tasks as needed
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements
Job Type: Full time Pay: $16.00-$16.75 per hour
Work Location: Hybrid remote in Saint John, NB E2K 2X5
