Mover/driver needed with the ability to drive one of our pickup trucks with a moving trailer attached to it. You only need a regular Class 5 BC driver's license. Even if you have never driven a pickup truck with a trailer attached, we can train.

Location: We have our Genie trucks and trailers parked on a farmland in Langley (border with Surrey) where our Genie crew start their day (and are able to leave their personal vehicles there, while using Genie vehicles to go to jobs).

Your Role

In addition to driving one of our nice new pick up trucks (with the moving trailer attached), you will be helping with the moving of items.

Genie Senior

Services specializes in seamlessly transitioning seniors from their ‘family home’ to a senior care home or retirement residence, you will play a vital and integral role within our dynamics. Hours are Monday - Friday, typically 8:30 am - 4:30 pm, but exact times can vary (sometimes we start earlier and some days we run later). Sometimes we do have a Saturday shift pop-up as well (and then usually give a different week day off instead).

What you’ll need





- Regular Class 5 drivers license (with a good driving record)
- Ability to lift and move furniture items
- Great attitude and ability to learn and develop
- You will be patient and compassionate, a disciplined self-starter with a high level of personal integrity with the desire to work with management to build and maintain client relationships and will appreciate the benefits of working on a team within a proven system of operation
- You will possess excellent people skills, resilience and the ability to keep focused through busy and challenging times
- Collaboration skills, with a good understanding of working within a team
- Demonstrated ability to deliver exceptional customer experiences within in a stressful environment
- Job duties related to moving, packing
