Job Summary

We are looking for motivated and reliable Move In/Out Cleaning and House Cleaning Subcontractors to deliver exceptional cleaning services for residential properties. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work independently, ensuring homes are spotless and welcoming for new tenants or homeowners. Duties

- Perform thorough cleaning of residential spaces during move-in and move-out processes, including kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, living areas, and hallways
- Conduct detailed cleaning tasks such as dusting, vacuuming, mopping, wiping surfaces, and sanitizing bathrooms and kitchens
- Manage laundry services including washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens and clothing
- Ensure all cleaning supplies and equipment are used efficiently and maintained properly
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand specific cleaning requirements and provide excellent customer service




- Organize your schedule to maximize productivity while adhering to time management standards
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and attention to detail in every job

Skills

- Proficiency in English; knowledge of French is a plus for communicating with diverse clients
- Experience in residential cleaning or house cleaning services
- Robust organizational skills with the ability to manage time effectively
- Excellent communication skills for interacting with clients and team members
- Knowledge of cleaning techniques, tools, and safety procedures
- Ability to perform laundry tasks efficiently and accurately
- Customer service orientation with a friendly, professional attitude
- Basic hospitality skills to create a welcoming environment for clients
