Responsibilities

- Perform high-quality nail care services including manicures, pedicures, gel nails, acrylics, and nail art with precision and creativity
- Conduct body waxing treatments safely and hygienically, ensuring client comfort and satisfaction
- Provide excellent customer service by listening to client needs, offering personalized recommendations, and building lasting relationships
- Maintain strict sanitation standards by sterilizing tools and workstations after each appointment to ensure a safe environment
- Engage in retail sales by recommending suitable products such as nail polishes, skincare items,



or waxing accessories to enhance client results
- Upsell additional services or upgrades to maximize client experience and salon revenue
- Communicate clearly with clients about treatment procedures, aftercare instructions, and product benefits to foster trust and loyalty

Experience

- Proven experience as a Nail Technician or Beauty Therapist with a strong portfolio of nail services and waxing treatments
- Knowledge of current nail trends, techniques, and sanitation protocols essential for maintaining high standards of hygiene
- Excellent communication skills to connect with diverse clients and understand their beauty goals
- Ability to upsell retail products confidently while prioritizing client satisfaction
- Prior experience in retail sales within a beauty setting is advantageous but not mandatory; enthusiasm for learning is key
