Duties

- Perform professional nail care services such as manicures, pedicures, gel nails, acrylics, and nail art with precision and artistry
- Maintain high standards of sanitation and cleanliness in all work areas to ensure client safety and comply with health regulations
- Provide excellent customer service by listening to client needs, offering personalized recommendations, and ensuring a positive experience
- Upsell additional services or retail products like nail care treatments, lotions, or polishes to enhance client satisfaction and increase sales
- Educate clients on proper nail care routines and aftercare tips to promote healthy nails




- Manage appointment schedules efficiently to maximize client flow and minimize wait times
- Stay updated on the latest trends, techniques, and products in the nail industry to continually improve skills and service offerings

Qualifications

- Proven experience as a Nail Technician or similar role with a strong portfolio of nail art and design skills
- Certification or licensing as required by local regulations for practicing nail services
- Proficiency in body waxing is a plus but not mandatory; willingness to learn is appreciated
- Excellent communication skills to connect with clients and understand their preferences
- Robust knowledge of sanitation practices and safety standards in a salon environment
- Ability to upsell retail products confidently while maintaining genuine customer relationships
- Passion for delivering outstanding customer service with a lively, energetic attitude
