On behalf of our public sector client, Affinity is seeking a .Net Fullstack Developer - Asset Management Tool. The Contractor shall possess knowledge and familiarity in developing in JavaScript frameworks, Python and C#. As this is a new application that integrates within the existing systems ecosystems, the Contractor will be required to develop integration points into these existing applications.

Responsibilities

- Understand current technical ecosystem including integrations
- Design, build and unit enhancements as per requirements to the non-compliance management system
- Knowledge transfer / training as required to support employee development resources
- As this application is being developed by two developers in a tight timeline, preference will be given to those who have worked closely together on previous projects.

Education And Experience

- Computer Science Degree
- > 5 years experience as full stack developer

Knowledge And Skills

- Solid understanding of Computer Science fundamentals, algorithms, data structures, and design patterns.
- Commitment to agile software development methodologies including pair-programming, continuous integration, and continuous delivery.
- Ability to comprehend existing code base and provide software design guidance to enhance application capabilities.
- Expertise in creating applications using technologies such as C#, ASP.NET Web API (REST), advanced SQL scripting.
- Experience using Python (Django / Flask), PHP,



JavaScript frameworks (Angular / React / Vue.js), CSS, HTML, etc.
- Experience with data modeling, scripting, data mapping.
- Familiarity with Object Relational Model (ORM) and Telerik development tools.
- Familiarity with design patterns like dependency injection, factory, etc.
- Experience writing Oracle SQL, SQL scripting and PL/SQL tool.
- Integration experience with 3rd party applications from Tyler Technologies software widely used in the public sector.
