: Provides direct client care activities including assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation. The General Duty Nurse is responsible and accountable for the provision of safe client care services and programs. Required to cover shifts in both facilities listed above.

Education

- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BScN)

Other Education and Training

- Psychiatric Nursing diploma is acceptable
- Nursing diploma is acceptable
- Bachelor of Psychiatric Nursing is acceptable
- Basic Life Support Certificate (BLS)

- Registered/eligible with College of Registered Psychiatric Nurses of SK - CRPNS
- Registered/eligible with the College of Registered Nurses of Saskatchewan (CRNS)
