Health Station Naturopathic Clinic is expanding its multidisciplinary healthcare model, and we are looking for a Nurse Practitioner (NP) to join our growing professional team.

This is an opportunity for an experienced, patient-centred Nurse Practitioner who is interested in building or expanding practice within a qualified healthcare environment while maintaining full professional autonomy.

We are looking for a practitioner who sees the potential in developing a collaborative healthcare setting where qualified professionals can provide complementary services while remaining independently responsible for their own clinical practice.

ABOUT HEALTH STATION

Health Station Naturopathic Clinic is a modern, patient-centred healthcare clinic located in South London, Ontario.

Our current practice provides naturopathic medicine, and we are expanding toward a broader multidisciplinary model that brings together qualified healthcare professionals to serve patients with a range of health and wellness needs.

Our vision is to create a professional environment where practitioners can maintain their individual clinical practices while benefiting from appropriate collaboration, professional infrastructure, administrative support, and opportunities to build their patient base.

THE OPPORTUNITY

We are seeking a Nurse Practitioner who is interested in establishing or expanding a clinical practice within Health Station.

The successful practitioner will have the opportunity to:

· Establish or grow an independent patient practice

· Develop appropriate collaborative relationships with other healthcare professionals

· Participate in clinic marketing and community outreach initiatives

· Benefit from potential internal referrals where clinically appropriate

· Help shape the development of Health Station's multidisciplinary services

· Develop a long-term professional relationship with the clinic

FLEXIBLE PRACTICE ARRANGEMENTS

We are open to discussing the structure that best fits the practitioner's needs and practice model.

1. Independent Room Rental

Operate your own NP practice from a professional clinical space within Health Station under an agreed rental arrangement.

This may be appropriate for an established NP with an existing patient base or a practitioner seeking a professional location for independent practice.

2. Clinic-Supported Revenue-Sharing Arrangement





Build your practice within Health Station through a mutually agreed revenue-sharing structure.

Depending on the final arrangement, Health Station may provide selected clinic infrastructure and administrative services such as:

- Reception support
- Scheduling and booking infrastructure
- Jane EMR
- Administrative support
- Marketing opportunities
- Clinic facilities

The specific arrangement would be discussed individually based on the practitioner's practice model, experience, patient base, schedule, and desired level of support.

POTENTIAL AREAS OF PRACTICE

We are particularly interested in practitioners whose interests complement the developing needs of our patient population.

Potential areas may include

- Primary and preventive healthcare
- Women's health
- Men's health
- Healthy aging
- Chronic disease management
- Cardiometabolic health
- Health screening and monitoring
- Sexual and reproductive health, where within the practitioner's scope and practice
- Mental wellness and health-related concerns
- Lifestyle and health behavior support
- Virtual healthcare

These are examples of potential areas of interest and do not restrict the practitioner's independent scope of practice.

COLLABORATIVE CARE

Health Station's multidisciplinary model is based on professional collaboration and appropriate patient-centred referral pathways.

The NP would maintain independent responsibility for their own:

- Clinical assessment
- Diagnosis and treatment
- Prescribing and ordering decisions
- Patient consent
- Clinical documentation
- Follow-up
- Regulatory and professional obligations

Collaboration with naturopathic and other healthcare professionals would occur when appropriate and with respect for each practitioner's professional scope, standards, privacy obligations, and clinical independence.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR The ideal candidate is:

- A Nurse Practitioner registered and in good standing with the College of Nurses of Ontario (CNO)
- Eligible to independently practice as an NP in Ontario
- Professional, compassionate, and patient-centred
- A strong communicator
- Comfortably practicing independently
- Interested in developing a sustainable practice
- Open to appropriate multidisciplinary collaboration
- Interested in contributing to the growth of a developing healthcare environment

Experience in primary care, women's health, men's health, healthy aging, chronic disease management, preventive care, or virtual care would be an asset.
