Responsibilities

- Support the administrative and operational management of workers' compensation and return-to-work cases.

- Participate in case follow-up activities in collaboration with managers, HR partners, and the Legal team.

- Assist in preparing and maintaining documentation related to workplace accommodations and return-to-work plans.

- Analyze absence and return-to-work data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.

- Contribute to the development, documentation, and optimization of processes designed to enhance the employee experience and facilitate timely, safe, and sustainable returns to work.

- Support the creation of tools, guides, standard operating procedures, and dashboards for Operations, Managers, and HR partners.

- Assist in identifying opportunities to simplify processes, reduce cycle times, and improve return-to-work outcomes.
- The role involves daily (or regular) communication with pan-Canadian stakeholders.

Qualifications

- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Relations, Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, Occupational Health, or a related field.





- Strong interest in workers' compensation claims management, workplace accommodation, return-to-work programs, and HR process improvement.

- Excellent analytical and organizational skills.

- Strong aptitude for working with data and Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and SharePoint.

- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.

- Continuous improvement mindset with the ability to challenge existing processes and suggest creative solutions.

- Curious, self-motivated, and eager to learn in a dynamic environment.
