Your Role:
- Collaborate with clients, families, community partners and professionals to support goal achievement.
- Complete assessments and design individualized treatment programs.
- Empower clients by working with them to address their meaningful goals.
- Innovate in practice, lead groups, and contribute to community partnerships.




- Take on mentorship responsibilities and grow into a leadership role.

What We’re Looking For
- 2-5+ years of experience in pediatrics and/or adult care (preferred);
- University degree in Occupational Therapy with registration (or eligibility) with COTO and/or OEQ.
- Membership with CAOT;
- Strong clinical reasoning, adaptability, and communication skills;
- Bilingual proficiency (English & French);
- A valid driver’s licence and access to a vehicle.
