Responsibilities:

- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently

- Maintain customer records

- Type and proofread documents, reports, and correspondence

- Creating invoices and managing payments on Quickbooks, ensuring customer info is up-to-date and error-free

- Operate office equipment, such as printers, scanners

- Maintain organized filing systems for both physical and electronic documents

- Proficiently use Google Suite applications for various office tasks

-Process all registrations of new HVAC equipment, process extended warranties, and part claims.

Skills:

- Strong communication skills

- Accurate and fast data entry abilities

- Familiarity with HVAC or trades is a plus

- Proficiency in typing and using office software applications: Quickbooks & Google

- Able to work independently and efficiently

- Strong clerical skills for organizing files and documents

This Office Administrator position requires a detail-oriented individual who can effectively manage administrative tasks in a professional HOME-office setting. The role is for 9 to 15 hours per week, Monday, Wednesday and Friday afternoons. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, be proficient in data entry, possess knowledge of HVAC processes, and be comfortable using Google Suites (Drive, Mail, Sheets, Calendar) and a good knowledge of Quickbooks software.
