About the business We're Raw and Ready Sushi Inc — an at-home omakase service bringing a proper counter experience into private homes across Toronto. Intimate seatings, premium fish, no restaurant overhead — just the chef, the guests, and the food. The role You run the show. For each booking (typically 6–12 guests), you handle prep, service, and breakdown in the client's home kitchen — plus the guest interaction that makes omakase what it is. We handle bookings, marketing, and tableware.

- Execute a multi-course omakase menu (nigiri-focused), ~12–15 courses - Set up and break down a portable omakase station - Accommodate dietary restrictions with advance notice - Typical evening: 4–6 hours including setup and breakdown - Weekend and evening availability required What we're looking for - 3+ years of sushi experience,



including omakase counter service - Confident running solo service and engaging with guests - Valid Ontario Food Handler Certification (or willing to get one) - Based in the GTA, legally authorized to work in Canada - Your own knives and basic tools preferred Compensation - Per-event flat rate of $300–400, scaled to party size (e.g. ~$350 for a standard 8-guest dinner) - Ingredients supplied by the business; GTA travel covered - Paid after each service To apply Send a brief background and photos of your work to [email protected].
