Realstar is currently seeking an Assistant Resident Manager 2-Person Team in Nanaimo, BC. The role offers on-site living with a schedule that includes four weekdays, every other weekend, and occasional on-call evening shifts. Base compensation is $44,000 per person, plus an apartment suite and benefits.

You will support leasing, resident services, and maintenance tasks in a live-in setting. Ideal candidates bring robust customer service, basic computer skills, the ability to lift up to 50lbs,
